MISSION
Hollinger Consulting, LLC exists to advance learning opportunities for persons with visual impairments and other disabilities by fostering specialized adapted daily living skills, utilizing assistive technologies, increasing orientation and travel skills and promoting self-determination and advocacy.

ORGANIZATIONAL PURPOSE
In support of its vision, mission, and values, Hollinger Consulting’s purpose is to:
- Provide functional evaluations to collect and analyze information to recommend instructional planning and school/employment-based accommodations and modifications.
- Provide specialized instruction for infants, children, youth and/or adults.
- Provide individualized consultation and collaboration among service teams and families.
- Provide trainings, workshops, and presentations for professionals continuing their education.
- Maintain knowledge, skills, experience training and education to offer expert witness services.
- Promote advocacy with or on behalf of persons with visual impairments and/or other disabilities.
- Volunteer at the local, state, national and/or international levels on committees, task force initiatives, conference planning and elected Boards.
